Have fun. Experiment. Build a Team. You don’t have to work in entertainment to participate!

As you build your team, you can go high-end with great production value and editing, but also you can shoot with an iPhone, or use animoto-type storytelling, (see below). Anyone can enter. No special skills required. But, if you have skills we want you to flaunt them!
Use your network and bring in team members from UCLA Theater, Film and Television, or other UCLA programs. Last year, a team recruited an MFA student. (See 2012 Bronze Prize winner). Use your network and bring in industry support. Last year, a team used their professional contacts to bring in a movie-star cameo. (See The Best Get Better, 2012 Popular Vote Winner).
